Return and Refund Policy

Our priority is your complete satisfaction. For all return requests, please contact us at contact@bed-canopy.co.uk or through our contact form to receive a return form, which must be filled out and included in your package. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a defective item) and are non-refundable. We offer free shipping in Germany and you have 14 days from receipt to return the new item. Please contact us in advance.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT FIT ME

Our standard return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us by email and provide your order number (LS…). To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. Gift cards are not returnable. An email receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

Step 1: Ensure you meet the return conditions:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to send it back to us. The labels must be intact, and the item must be new, without being washed.

Step 2: Contact us at contact@bed-canopy.co.uk to receive a return form.

Step 3: Send the items to be returned to the address indicated on the form. Clearly state your wishes (refund, exchange, voucher) in the form or on an attached sheet.

Step 4: Upon receipt of the items, we will make a refund, exchange, or issue a voucher, depending on your request. The return shipping costs remain at your expense, except in the case of a defective item.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive an email confirming or rejecting your refund. If approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method. The maximum duration for the refund is 10 days.

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM

If an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@bed-canopy.co.uk with photos of the defect. Do not remove the labels or wash the item. After verification, we will offer a refund, replacement, or voucher. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
